With World Egg Month upon us we wanted to give you one more reason to celebrate all things eggs!

Eggs are one of the most versatile and affordable proteins, so what better way to show them off than the ever so elegant quiche.

Don’t let its name and reputation scare you off. Quiches can be as easy as one, two, three - literally.

Step 1: Prep & mix your fillings.

Frittata 101 - An easy guide to frittatas!

Healthy and easy-to-make frittatas are like crustless quiches loaded with tasty fillings!

Once you master the basic three-step method of cooking them, you can use any combination of fillings you have on hand, including leftovers, to create delicious deep-dish frittatas!

Now that World Egg Month is upon us, we wanted to highlight the versatility of frittatas by sharing our recipe guide which offers different flavours for different seasons.

Check out our recipe guide below for four seasonal recipes.
