Ontario’s egg farmers take pride in what they do and feel that it is important to give back to their local communities. Our farmers are involved with many organizations in their local communities – from donating to local food banks, to helping fundraise for community organizations to giving of their time to help educate non-farming public where their food comes from – our farmers care and demonstrate their commitment to the betterment of their communities. As an organization, Egg Farmers of Ontario also believe in being socially responsible. We believe in promoting healthy living, environmental sustainability, food safety and animal care. Our commitment is to integrate social concerns into our values, culture, decision making, strategy and farm operations.
