Egg Farmers sponsor barn quilt block

There's quilting.....and then there's barn quilting! Egg Farmers of Ontario has sponsored a quilt in the community of Wardsville's series of barn quilts.

The quilts - murals made of sheets of plywood that feature an individual quilt block pattern painted and sealed to withstand the elements - are part of Wardsville's bicentennial celebration. When the project is complete, there will be 30 barn quilts on display.

Centennial Maple Leaf was recently installed on the Woodgreen barn of egg farmers (and newlyweds as of July 17!) Eric and Sarah Simpson.
