Egg farmers across Canada have teamed up with Curling Canada to offer the eggs-citing Rocks & Rings Program.

The Rocks & Rings program will visit elementary schools across Canada and host various drills, relays and team-building activities that are used to introduce students to the sport of curling.

Egg Farmers of Ontario (EFO) Chair, Scott Graham said “We are very excited to be partnering with a program that reaches so many kids and parents. The Rocks & Rings program will allow our farmers to continue our commitment to help strengthen communities across this great country. Curling is a fantastic sport for people of all ages and we’re proud to play a role in getting Canada’s kids active and healthy.”

Additionally, EFO is happy to be the official breakfast protein of the program and will be offering meals for curlers participating in selected Curling 101 events. Curling 101 is a follow up lesson to Rocks & Rings that gives the kids as well as their parents an opportunity to try curling on the ice, in their community.
