Why did you choose to become an egg farmer and what does it mean to you?
Feeding people is rewarding. Knowing that our work helps people live healthy is what drives us.
How do you define hen care and why is it important to you?
Our hens are the most important to us. I check on them first thing in the morning and the last thing at night. Everything starts and ends with a healthy hen.
What would you like consumers to understand about quality hen care?
We really do care for our hens. We want what is best for them. Our days are filled with work to care for them. Without our hens we can’t supply healthy, fresh eggs to market. rnrnLeroux family
