What makes you proud of the work you do as egg farmers?
“As a family, we’re proud to provide high-quality, nutritious eggs to Ontarians. We put a lot of passion into what we do and truly pour our hearts and souls into the farm. Seeing our eggs on store shelves at the end of the day is the result of that hard work, and it’s incredibly rewarding.”
What are some memorable moments from your time on the farm?
“Two memorable moments stand out from the early 2000s. Our farm was used as a model for Egg Farmers of Canada inspectors as part of the HACCP certification program. The second was when our daughters showed interest in coming back to work on the farm with us.”
