This favourite recipe tastes like a cross between a butter tart and a pecan pie!


Combine eggs, brown sugar, oats, walnuts, evaporated milk, maple syrup, butter, vanilla extract, and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk together until well blended. Pour filling into pie shell.

Bake in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven until set, 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool, then chill before slicing.
