Whisk eggs with flour in a bowl until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk, then whisk in sugar and vanilla.
Pour mixture into a greased medium-sized skillet (with straight sides and heat-proof handle) or an 8-inch (20 cm) cake pan.
Bake in a preheated 425°F (220°C) oven until puffed and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Dust with icing sugar. Mound berries in the centre. Serve immediately with yogurt or whipped cream.
